2 T45 sockets in the same set?

Here’s an odd one. Lowe’s have 300-ish piece Kobalt tool sets for $70 so I had dad pick one up for me.

Noticed this while looking it over. Both are 3/8” drives. Same part numbers. Notice how they both have a marked spot in the tray.

The set either has a 1/4 or a 3/8 sized Torx bit so it doesn’t seem like it’s supposed to be a 1/2 drive.

You will see a lot of screw bit sets include multiple PH2 bits, it is common for the most used and abused size in mid tier sets.
 
One is probably a security Torx bit. I have a set of sockets similar to this and my duplicate sizes are regular and security.
