Not sure. This one was special...had VR6 banging and cladding on sides.

This isn't new to him...he's had it several years. He uses Liquimoly Molygen 5W-40. It's only driven once in a while and does consume oil...maybe 2 changes/5k miles since owning so more of a once/year change.

I had two 12v VR6. The issues I had were consistently, Mass Airflow Meter, Ignition System related and/or oil leaks at the rear of the engine.

I miss my 1998 GTi-VR6.
Installed Schrick 268 Cams, Techtonics Tuning Exhaust, Shine Racing Service springs over Bilstein B8 dampers, ABT five spoke wheels. Dyno tested at 172hp to the wheels. Fun car.
