1997 Towmaster trailer rebuild

We’re finally painted! Weather hasn’t been cooperating so had to push it back until we had enough shop space with no incoming projects for a couple days. Crossmembers and inside frame is Vansickle Gloss Black and everything that’s visible is Kirker Carbon Fiber Metallic same as my dump bed. Ramps will be Vansickle 8N Ford Red.

Been gaining a lot of ground this weekend with the nice weather. Brakes are all together, plumbing reinstalled, new wheel seals and hubs filled with Schaeffer 75w90, got both mudflaps installed, and got my safety chains finished up. The manufacturer wanted over $700 for an OEM light harness so I am using what is still good and will replace the rest. Scored a bunch of 5/16 grade 70 chain on marketplace from a retired truck driver. Gotta grab some ratchet binders to put on it too so I don’t have to pull them off my lowboy when I need to haul a machine.
The guy that does my sandblasting is going through some health issues so I’m still waiting on my other 4 wheels. I’ll be ready for a floor soon.
