1996 F150 XLT 5.0 OCI Question

Have only 300 miles on my little used truck on M! HM 5-30 oil its been in vehicle for a little over a year should I change? Also using a Motorcraft filter.

I have the same year truck with the same engine and I put about 2k miles on it in the past 2 years. Not even going to think about changing the oil till at least 3k

Same here on my F150. About 1,200 miles a year and I usually go 3 years between OCI's.
