1996 Caprice seat bolt torque spec?

I purchased a new to me 1996 Caprice and I'm taking the seats out for a thorough detailing and I want to torque the seat bolts back to factory tightness. Does anyone know the spec? Thank you!

You don't need a torque spec for that, just make sure the bolt is snug.

I could have sworn I saw it was like 30 foot pounds or 39 foot pounds? Cant find it now.....

I knew there was a reason I kept my 1995 factory books. Edit: I checked the update book and the torque spec for line 13 is 31 not 35.

Oh thanks!!! So this is for a 195 Caprice? I see this is for the seat belt bolt. How about the bolts that hold the seat in? I have to remove the entire seat to clean under it. Many thanks!
