That old small block may need a timing chain at some point ... That would take care of the front seal. Rear seal when it needs it. It means a pan-drop so that's time to put an HV pump in it with lowest pressure relief spring available. That's to keep up with the side leakage on the somewhat worn bearings. The motor does not need pressure. 30 or 40 PSI will keep it running until the end of times.

Put in new PCV valve every 30K or so. Do one now. Never let it build crankcase pressure and the seals won't leak. Run oversized filter if you want some extra volume and oil cooling. Chang anti-freeze once a year. Drain and fill the tranny every 30K too and it'll live longer than you will
