Specifies a Max viscosity at -18 deg C of 2500 cP for 10W, and 1250 cP for 5W. Source: Shigley & Mischke "Standard Handbook of Machine design." The tempeartures used to define viscosity ranges have changed a bit over the years. Aren't limits set at -30 (10W) and -35 deg C (5W) now-a-days?
