15k swith to syn. need engine flush?

I am new to the site and after a search I still did not find the information to help me answer the following: I bought a used tacoma with 10K. Chainged the oil right away with dino. I want to switch over to synthetic. Should I use an engine flush/cleaner or can I just switch?

You should be fine just switching, although you might want to change it the first time a little sooner than usual.

As ZmOz stated, you'll be fine.

The little residual dino might mean that you don't want to go for a full length oil change for your first.

agreed, just change... youre still at 10K, don't worry, after two changes maybe three it will all be out of there anyhow!
