$11.47 for a Purolator Classic at WM in USA?

IIRC the Ultra was under 10 bucks. How can this be? Even the K&N was cheaper than the classic.

Cartridge filters. Not supposed to make any [censored] sense.

And I used a PL25608 and it looked like it was wearing a girdle when I did the next oil change.
 
It's an experiment to see how many thieves will switch an Ultra into a Classic box, but end up paying more, and still think they got away with something.
