Winters can be brutal and summers are usually hot and humid. which is the better choice? I drive roughly about 1000 miles a month with about 50/50 mix of hwy and local driving. my car is a 1999 mazda 626 4 cyl. with 100k on the odometer.
Thanks and love the forum

Yes, TallPaul. There are dragons still out there that need to be slayed (or is that "slain"

) .

Given you climate and annual mileage, I would do 6 month OCIs with either. You obviously don't do too much short trip driving, so the tolls of cold starts are minimal compared to your long mileage needs. Spring and Fall are great times to purge the insult of the extreme seasons.
