IIRC turbines are reasonably efficient at high loading. Which a truck motor should be--but I'm not sure if it's high enough loading on flat ground.

Didn't they have problems with high exhaust temperatures?

Divert it to run the kitchen. If you can't take the heat...

I like the control pedestal, until you see that there is no seat belt, so there is nothing stopping the driver from going through the windshield. It does have a safety feature that with the ladder stowed, it would be almost impossible to for someone to climb on the side of the truck to hijack it.
