I did this last week on the Accord. 5400 miles on the oil/filter. 1 qt of HPL 5W-30 and 3.5 qts of M1 0W-40. I added 1 qt of makeup M1 0W-40 over the months/miles. It needed another 1/2 qt to top off so I just changed it instead. Nothing that flags me as is saying I should do any different. Inside valve cover that I can see is bright and shiny silver.
