J.E: A slightly low viscosity was the only unusual finding in the first sample from this engine. The flashpoint
was fine, so we don't think the low viscosity was caused by fuel. If this oil were actually a 5W/20, then the
viscosity would be okay. Everything else looks great. Universal averages show typical wear from this type
of engine after about 5,265 miles use on the oil. Wear was generally lower here after a shorter oil run and
that's what we expect to find. No coolant was present and the low insolubles show good oil filtration. If any
problems exist, they don't show up here.

I second the motion...too much work to decipher this mess.
 
It looks like he did a copy and paste from his Blackstone report. That will never work. I know, I've tried. I'd like to see the report though if you can fix it. I have an '09 RAV4 V-6.
