06 Tacoma, two new issues

I forgot to add: What I thought about doing is changing the rear diff oil again and taking a sample and sending it in for analysis. That should say definitively if there is a diff issue, correct? Blackstone would be as good a place as any to send it to?

If that Tacoma has the LSD, it will chatter in slow speed turns unless the oil has a certain LSD additive.

I have found you must use 80w-90 (I use Valvoline 80w-90) with Sta-lube Equa-Torque additive.
