Hiigher lead/iron. Other than that, looks O.K. Unfortunately very little information.

Makeup 1/2 quart.
I went with TropArtic/Redline this time.

We appreciate your experiments with redline but I think this one is a looser. I would have expected excellent results. Like you say you need more information on your analysis.

In one thread I was advised that GC and Redline might not be compatible or make a good mix.

I think a UOA of GC alone, and then a UOA of Redline alone, might be helpful.

It does look like the 80% GC/ 20% Redline isn't working here.

Why not use Redline by itself? One explaination for you higher numbers might be that this oil was used during winter months. Also, what is your driving style?

I have not been impressed in the Straight Redline. I have used Redline as an additive in my 01 Sentra and it improved oil analysis results (IMHO). I agree that there are no benefits shown here. Driving style is rush hour traffic in Phila. 6 speed manual. Its my son's car so it isn't driven like grampa.

It usually take three oil changes to see significant improvement with straight Redline. People tend to give up on it too soon.
