TAN is way up but wear is lower & flashpoint is higher. This analysis was with a newer batch of ATF. Has there been a formulation tweak in the last year?

At first I would have said no, but it does look like B and P have indeed been bumped up. Interesting.

Seems like you are getting better - and every analysis you do points to something occuring prior to your 75K analysis. Something broke or became dislodged back then.....

I wonder if Amsoil is throwing a little EP in their ATF for lower wear #s right now. Would explain the high TAN. I wish we could get sulfur #s in UOAs.

Lab accuracy is nothing to brag about.

Finally everything is moving in the right direction.

I see it as --Amsoil is now the dominant fluid, taking over, and being effective.

I'd probably give it one more 3k drain/refill/UOA, and shoot up to 6k, and use the UOA info to keeping increasing the interval.

I would also install a full flow filter like the magnefine or permacool. Amsoil ATF isn't too cheap and anything to improve on OE filtration will help.
