I have one of those attached to my air compressor now. I was just trying to make it easier having to see what the pressure is as I add air to the tire instead of having to recheck with a separate gauge. But I agree sometimes simple is easier!

Great thanks so much for the info. Do you just keep it mounted? Does air escape out of it and the air compressor tank when you are not using it? Or do I just turn the dial on the air compressor to zero and no air will come out. I guess I have to watch a few YouTube videos :)

Billt460, I did purchase these the open and closed air flow. Did you put the Silicone spray on the lever area or inside where the opening is "the teeth grip",..not sure what to call that area...thanks in advance for your reply. The closed flow one is much smoother to operate than the open flow...
