After some worrying and wondering what was going on with my Cummins, I finally figured it out. I had installed ARP head studs awhile back. I used ARP's lube on those studs... and I used a lot of it. It was all over my hands, torque wrench, etc. I used it on both sides of the washer, on the studs...
