Pilot Compensation Up To $590,000 Per Year

Sadly, there are none in place. Those incompetent pilots that are a member of a protected class know they yield the power. Identity politics is in charge and big corporations are scared to death to be labeled racist or anti-whatever by some activist group.

Some people make more money than you and can afford nice vehicles without hampering their budget. Stop being jealous and get a higher paying job.

I know all about United's policies and hiring practices as of late. No assumptions being made.

Pilot Compensation Up To $590,000 Per Year

If you are in a protected class, you won't wash out. The airlines are scared to death of the publicity a "wrongful termination" lawsuit for being racist and/or anti LGBTQXYZ would bring. Those protected class incompetents know they have the airlines by the balls and will sue them in a heartbeat...

    Toyota Crown takes 0w8 oil

They do NOT use an electrically powered oil pump. These new Toyotas will outlast whatever POS your are currently driving.

Who here needs a tunnel boring machine?

Used to operate a 12.5' diameter Robbins TBM in the early 1980s. IIRC, the power was 440V from a CAT V12 genset housed in a semi trailer.

HPL 0w-20 ... More money than sense...

One of the 50K vehicles has a cartridge filter, so it'll be easy to see the difference HPL should make. I'll look at the filter after the last drain of TGMO and again after the first drain of HPL, 5K miles later.

HPL 0w-20 ... More money than sense...

I've decided to switch to HPL's 0W-20 Premium Plus Passenger Car Engine Oil while still doing 5K OCIs with OEM filters on my four Toyotas. The first two vehicles are each around 50K miles. The third is around 15K miles and the last on is brand new. Before someone accuses me of wasting money by...

    HPL vs TGMO

I've been running TGMO with 5K OCIs in my Toyota's since new. Been thinking about switching to HPL Premium Plus. Is HPL that much better to warrant the roughly double the cost per quart compared to TGMO? What's so great about HPL's base oils and add pack to justify the cost increase?

Have you driven a Ford lately?

Just ready any forum about the new Bronco. What a POS that vehicle is. And the majority of morons that bought it waited years and paid over MSRP. Enjoy... https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/forums/issues-repairs-warranty-tsb-recalls.118/ Bronco in its natural habitat... The back of a rollback.

Recommend a complete overkill oil + filter combo for a Toyota.

You're the one arguing. I'm just saying if the OP is concerned for the longevity of his engine, with his stated driving habits, he needs to do 5K OCIs regardless of what the owner's manual guidance is.
