I wanted to post a conclusion for anyone who reads this thread in the future. The noise ended up coming back as expected. I then replaced the belt tensioner and belt with Honda original parts. The sound and vibration are now completely gone.

Should I replace the tensioner and belt without waiting for the sound to reappear?
