    Toyota Highlander expensive problem.

Butt connectors work long enough for me to solder a connection. Solder is cheap insurance and beats re-visiting electrical gremlins.

    Toyota Highlander expensive problem.

8 grand for new harness for warranty claims, I guess. Maybe a yacht mechanic could do it?

Gold Standard for 2 Cycle Oils? Chainsaw

Currently running Amsoil Saber at 3oz/gallon ethanol free in all the chainsaws.Wish red Armor was a little cheaper.I feel tuning is a little more precise with the Saber.

Don't remember oil filters, not the cheapest however.Back then I ran a lot of 20-50 Castrol, LOL. 22R is a tough little engine and I never pushed them too hard.

Can't decide what I hate more, the Mustang II or the new SUV crossover Mustang

My vote for most affordable and one of the sexiest Mustangs has to be an LX notchback. Grab a 4 cylinder version and get to work swapping parts! Parts everywhere, cheap and effective for a nice seat of the pants driving feel.Manual only.

    Buying An Oil Extractor Pump

Bought (2) of the 6 dollar suction pumps at Harbor Freight early this week. Sucked the trans pan dry on a Ranger, had to use a smaller tube than the 3/8 or 1/2 inch orange tube it came with to get all the way down to the bottom through the dipstick hole. Took about 5 minutes to suck 3 quarts out...
