If you go and download the manual from Toyota, it will say 0w-8. My manual and oil tag in the engine bay call for it.

I’m not losing any sleep over it either, bud. In my experience, Toyota care sucks. Between wasting hours at the dealer, dealing with oily hand prints on my seats (it’s happened to me on a prior vehicle), over tightened filters and plugs, it’s far easier to do it myself.

They do offer free changes but I don’t plan on using them. Not worth the hassle.
