When topping up the crankcase, I grabbed the wrong bottle and accidentally poured about 1 cup (don't think it was more than that) in the engine oil crankcase before I noticed the color was red. How hazardous is this, do I need to do an oil change immediately? I have had to drive about 60 miles...
