is this an old wives tale or legit? i go to costco gas a lot in the evenings and the tanker truck is frequently there, is it bad to get gas while the truck is there or is this just a ridiculous myth? my thinking is that costco goes through so much gas that it is fresh and i would assume costco...

anyone know much about this oil? https://www.motul.com/us/en-US/products/specific-ll-01-fe-5w-30 is this a better oil than BMW twin power turbo FE 0w-30 that the dealer uses? looking for a good oil every 5k for in between dealer changes on S55 engine.
