    Mobil 1 0w40 in a stock 3.6 pentastar?

it seemed to until I either had a HG Failure or a crack in the head about 1k miles later. the engine had 189K on it. I decided to replace it with a reman'd engine that has a 3 year 100k warranty because it was more cost effective in the long run. Just got her back yesterday and have to change...

They even have it at my VIOC. I was getting the Jeep Radiator flushed there and watched them fill the BMW next to me and they brought out the box and filled from that. I asked if they had the 0W-30 for my Audi and they said yes, but call in advance to make sure they had it in stock.

Oil choices / rec for Audi RS5 & Lamborghini

I'm Using the Liqui Moly Top Tec 4210 0w-30 in my A5 with the 2.0T. Thinking about going to the Mobil1 Euro 0w-30 on my next change as I can get that locally and not have to order.

    Mobil 1 0w40 in a stock 3.6 pentastar?

I just switched my 2013 Wrangler to the Mobil1 0w-40 Euro. I have been having issues with the P0344 code throwing and the Traction control light coming on when pushing hard up a grade or passing at 75mph+ occasionally. I had this early on when traveling through the Mountains of NC when I had...

Post a photo of your oil on dipstick (with miles)

My 2019 A5 doesn’t have a dipstick, ***??? Only the computer level display. So I called the dealer asking about one. They said we just remove the plastic cap on the tube and stick a tool down there if we want to manually check. I said oh, so you do have a dipstick……. Luckily ECS Tuning is...

I think I’ve come to the same conclusion. Going to get the Quicksilver 25w-40. Should I go with the semi synthetic or just the regular?

    New to Me Boat

I’m a maintenance fanatic so don’t worry. Already have my list together. YouTube has a lot of good info. The risers/manifolds were checked and GTG. I have paperwork on that and only like a year ago.

    New to Me Boat

Thank You. It's a 5.7L Mercruiser. It was kind of buried in the initial post. Everything is solid. it was never stored in the water for any extended period. Except for some rub rail scrapes and a missing snap screw or two, you would think it's new.

    New to Me Boat

10-4, they suggest changing the oil as part of the process so fresh oil is in there in winter. They use the 25w-40 Merc. I am storing indoors at their facility and am going to have them do the winterization and inspect everything from top to bottom and replace what needs replacing before next...

Congrats to you guys too!! Definitely not looking to cheap out. I want best quality period. The Mercruiser/Quicksilver VOA’s I’ve seen don’t seem to have a whole lot of ZDDP and that why I wondered if I should go with the T6 given the age of motor. But since he’s been using 5w-40 Platinum and...
