how often do you see this...

I remember my father's old pickup rolled back to 0 when he hit 100k. He sold it with over 200k on the clock but the odometer read significantly less. He was honest about it, it was pretty obvious that old pickup had a long hard life lol

What's a torque multiplier for that an impact gun cant do?

I've had to use a torque multiplier to torque fasteners down to 1000 plus ft-lbs. It was a manual version with a very long handle. It's for applying serious amounts of torque that you wouldn't otherwise physically be able to do.

Just Found This Youtube Channel - Just Rolled In - OMG

My first job...in high school was at a carwash/lube changing joint. I worked at the car wash area.... unfortunately. However, one time a car came in for their first oil change. It had something like 50k on the clock. What was left was literally black, jello, sludge stuff. They flushed it a few...

    Leaky 6R80

I was thinking this too. I have the same transmission in the same vehicle and I've had a little experience in this department. Considering this picture....if this is the 3.5l Ecoboost....I'd take a look at the vacuum pump. The seals are known to fail all the time on this thing. It's best to get...

Low Speed TC/Transmission Shudder 2012 Civic Org Fluid at 180K.

I have a 2010, pretty sure its the same transmission. Drain and fill was really easy. I pulled the drain plug, added a new aluminum crush washer, torqued to spec and added the appropriate amount of fluid.

What "issues" do you just "live with" on your older vehicle?

2010 Civic Very slow power steering leak from the rack from what I can tell. Ive added fluid for 6 years or so instead of installing a new rack. Tpms light has been on for a few years due to a dead battery, I just check the pressure every weekend and ignore the light.

    TPMS Problem 2007 Prius

Probably a dead battery in the sensor. Ive had a tpms light on in my civic for 3 plus years. I check tire pressure, oil, etc weekly and dont worry about the idiot light on the dash.

Not sure how to post correctly, I attached it. Way better! There was some slight fuel dilution which leads me to a question. Is TR better than or worse than my previous They did give me the next report on the house. Thank you everyone, without your guidance I may have ended up doing something...

Just checked the piping on the low pressure side of the turbos, the air box and filter. Found no smoking gun. As a test i disconnected the piping right after the air box and map sensor, thereby introducing a large leak. I saw no pending codes on the pcm, is that normal?

That is very odd with the kirkland add pack. All those additives seem very high. That last oil change was pennzoil ultra platinum btw.

Im sure it would pop codes for low boost or something similar. I will def be looking at the intake this weekend though. Im interested in what blackstone has to say when I call tommorow.

This thing is a grocery getter. No offroading or towing. Nothing added to the oil. Perhaps the permatex rtv for the vaccum pump gasket added some chemicals? Ill check the intake filter, but I check my vehicles every week, I'm ridiculous. Hell look at my oci's. If there was a leak in the boost...
