**** 7800 out of a big block. What kind of HP and TQ is it putting out?

Changed all 4 coils and spark plugs on my 2004 Tacoma. 2 coils have been replaced a few years back but decided just to order all new Denso coils and plugs. Also changed the PCV valve and air filter. 166k on the truck.

I have used it in my Tacoma for over 120,000 mile. Great oil. Just used my last jug of it last oil change. Probably going to switch now that it has doubled in price.

2004 Toyota Tacoma 2.7 4x4. 164,824 miles in truck 4800 miles in oil. Out Chevron Supreme 5w30 OEM filter. In: Same. Last of the Chevron oil I had from the days when it was under $10 a jug. Probably going to switch to Havoline semi syn high mileage next oci.

Give PRI-G a try , it’s more concentrated than any of the other fuel stabilizers that I’m aware of. I’ve used in in engines that haven’t been started in a few years and gasoline that was stored for 5 years with no problems at all.

I’ve never used one of these but I would think if you warmed the grease up some beforehand it would go in easier. Just a thought?

I run Valvoline Extended Protection 5W-30 in mine. Runs smooth and you can run 30wt oils in these fine. As pointed out earlier it’s in the manual you can run a higher viscosity and I do. Last trip I took was a 16 hour drive at 70-80 mph without stopping other than fuel.

I agree you have read it carefully , which I usually do and I caught that as well. I’ve put several hundred thousand miles in Toyotas and have never had an engine problem. I feel safer using a 30wt. To each his own though a 20wt would probably be fine to.

It’s not specific on which grade to run but towing a trailer is what I would consider a load. I run 5w-30 in mine because I tow some and run 80mph on the highway for sometimes 3-12 hours straight without shutting it off or stopping other than fuel. Give PRI-G a try , I believe their diesel version was made for long term military fuel storage.

The Michelin LTX M/S are great tires , I ran them for 60k miles on my tacoma and did excellent in rain , snow , and rode very smooth.

2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD off-road. Factory fill out with 574 miles on oil. In Valvoline EP 5w-30 OEM Toyota filter. I’m making a 1600 mile round trip in a few weeks and usually dump the FF around 1000 miles but due to my work schedule I won’t be able to do that so went ahead and done it.

I just bought the full 1/4 , 3/8 , and 1/2 Tekton sets a while back and have like them very much. I’ve bought several other things from them as well and their 10% reward system adds up pretty quick.

I put a set of the wildpeak trails on my wife’s RAV4 and they do great in wv weather anything from -5 to 100 degrees , gravel roads , snow , and on the highway. I highly suggest them.
