I got a piece of metal in my eye even while wearing safety glasses. It was starting to rust and I noticed the color but didn't feel much, so got it checked out. Was annoying as h$%^ to have a doctor get it out. My eyesight hasn't been the same in that eye since and I was wearing safety...

Get what is affordable to you. Most won't get a plate number anyways on anything moving...

Can't go wrong with Meguiars Gold Class, available almost anywhere, cheap and works decently. Another good inexpensive one is also from Meguiars, their D110 Hyper-Wash is quite good too (better then the Gold Class.) I use it in a foam cannon as well as just a bucket and it works great in both...

I tried to pull this defective one apart and was able to open it up about 1" with my hands and some prying!! So glad I didn't put it on the car, what a mess that would have been!!!
