I have a 2016 2.4 and just ran a UOA on it 70,000. I've been using 5w-30 Castrol, but I currently have the euro spec 0w-40 Castrol in it. I plan on doing a UOA on it as well just to see if it changes the numbers any.

I just picked up some to put in a 2003 4.2 v6 f150. I haven't tried it before, so unsure if I'll go the 20,000.

Would you think much damage could have been done on the long term intervals of the DI engine? I've read most people have learned to go 4,000-5,000 miles on this engine. I am curious as to how significant going 7,000-10,000 miles before changing could have been for the engine long term.
