Next oil change coming up. Board preference?

Last oil change on my wife's 2013 Chrysler Town & Country with 3.6L was Pennzoil Platinum 5w-20 with Microgard Select MSL57526 filter. Have used Castrol Edge 5w-20 and WIX 57526 filter in the past as well. I believe the van has around 125,000 miles on it.

    Bosch HEPA - 1 year - 12,000 miles

I have had a Bosch cabin air filter in my 2019 Tacoma the last month due to WIX being out of stock when I placed a filter order for our 4 vehicles. On any fan setting other than low I get a buzzing/vibrating sound which I'm guessing is due to reduced air flow through the filter. Will be...

    Triton Trailer Axle Hub Grease

I recently purchased a new Triton snowmobile trailer and the grease in the hubs is red. Triton lists the axle as a Dexter axle and lists the following as approved grease: My question is, would John Deere Multi-Purpose HD Lithium Complex grease be compatible with the grease in these hubs or am...

2012 Subaru Outback - switch from conventional to synthetic blend

Great information Trav & Slacktide! Per maintenance invoices from previous owner: Cooling system flush & service (doesn't look like conditioner was added), timing belt was replaced (inspected tensioner, idler pulleys, water pump & oil pumps according to invoice), both differentials serviced...

2012 Subaru Outback - switch from conventional to synthetic blend

This engine still has the timing belt and owners manual specifies 5w-30 conventional or 5w-30 synthetic for optimum performance. I believe 2012 was the last year for the timing belt on the Subaru Outback 2.5i.

2012 Subaru Outback - switch from conventional to synthetic blend

Thank you for the replies and information so far. I guess my biggest concern with switching to a synthetic blend would be causing leaks or seepage.

2012 Subaru Outback - switch from conventional to synthetic blend

I recently purchased a one owner 2012 Subaru Outback 2.5i with 152,000 miles. The previous owner said 5w-30 conventional oil was used at all oil changes for the 10 years he owned the car. I know he had the oil changes done at the Subaru dealer as well as other shops. My question is - with 5w-30...
