C3 oil instead of A3/b4 in volvo D3 diesel?
hello my friends! My girlfriend has an volvo d3 2014 D3 with DPF that calls for a thin a5/b5 oil with high ash/saps.. Are there any risks with running a c3 oil instead? I have been running one service interval (30000km/18500miles) on ESP 5w30 C3 (low saps) before with no problem, now im on 5w30...- henrika

Hello om looking for a good oil for my tuned 535d e61 lci EGR/DPF off. ~400hp / 600lb . I looking for some heavy duty oil like deivac 1 5w40. Is Api CI-4 plus ok? Has it lost its cj-4 ? Any benefits with C3 oil for my Euro 535D DPF OFF ?
hello guys I have an Europe (sweden) BMW 535D 2009 , stage 2 remap with DPF removed and EGR OFF in software. I know A3/B4 has a little protection benefits against C3 oil? Higher TBN and "high saps" ? So im thinking about using an LL01 A3/b4 instead of the recomended LL04 oil.. But is there...- henrika
