Wow, what atrocious work. I had mine done by an XPEL certified installer and have a 10-year warranty, and my installation was flawless.

    2020 Equinox 1.5t

To my understanding, this was an issue with the Chevy Malibu for the 2016-2017 model years, which has been corrected. He's wasting everyone's time pushing this outdated information.

    Mobil 1 M-102 for 3 6000km oil changes?

I saw the new M1-113A at Walmart recently. I could tell immediately by the classic Purolator style base plate, but it seemed to have some heft to it, and all of the labeling and packaging appear to be the same.

Anyone NOT have a problem with Jiffy Lube type places?

I remember the opening of a Jiffy Lube in my home town many years ago. It was the first time I had ever seen one, and as I crossed the street one morning to stop by the diner for breakfast, a kid rode up on a bicycle to open the doors for business that day.

    Clear Bra and Professional Installation

You may also want to consider XPEL. There are several installers in San Antonio, including a Corporate Install Shop. I had XPEL installed on a new vehicle a couple of years ago, and have been completely satisfied with the result.

    New UPF64R Filter

It looks like GM has made some changes to the UPF64R filter. The color is now black, and the ADBV appears to be nitrile instead of silicone, and the bypass valve has been revised to the nylon poppet style. Also, the part number has changed from 12674698 to 12699847. Perhaps 53' Stude will get...

AC DELCO "PROFESSIONAL" PF 64 CUT OPEN

Interesting. I just purchased one of these to get a look at one and suspected it was an Ecore with metal end caps due to the metal ridge I observed when taking a peek through the outlet hole.

    New PF64 Ecore Design

The internals are the same as we've seen in other threads and the part number has changed from 12640445 to 12696048. Appearance and diameter are the same, but the new design is 5 mm shorter. Made in the USA.
