I have to tilt my 15 year old Honda on it's front wheels, to get enough gas into the carb to start. Yeah! I replaced the wax pellet. Didn't solve the issue.

I just used motorcycle chain lube on the suspension and surrounding area. Sticky, greasy, and will creep some.

Don't EVER recharge completely discharged LiIon batts. Recharge early, recharge often. LiIon is NOT harmed by frequent recharges... AS LONG AS you only charge up to 80% of max charge. Most chargers will have LED's indicating charge %. If you can measure voltage, charge to around 3.6 volts...

I've owned two turbo cars. Towing will have the turbo glowing bright red, and the fuel mixture will be much richer. MPG will be very low. I'd suspect the turbo bearings would coke up due to the constant high temps. Maybe you could get around that with extra oil cooling. I wouldn't try it...

HA! I just datalogged my CX-5 this morning. 40 minutes driving 65-75 mph. Engine hit 190ish at about 30 minutes, tranny hit 185ish around 40 minutes, and the diff got up to a balmy 105ish somewhere around 25-30 minutes. Here's HP and torque...

Agreed. Have them on my CX-5 for the last 5 years. I still put X-Ice's on for winter, but have driven in those first-snows several times.

There's a couple youtubes on honda/yamaha showing extended lifetimes (IIRC over 10,000 hours with no problems). Keep the exhaust/spark arrestor clean, change oil a lot, check compression yearly, check valve clearance, new filter/clean filter a lot. I opened up the air vents on my two Yammies...
