I would prefer hard wired... wireless has definitely come a long way and is proven to be very reliable and fast.. I have both wired and wireless and never miss a beat either way... sometimes there's no noticeable difference.

Well I know I read about geo referencing which can be turned off... that feature does use your phones location to warm or cool your home depending how far you are.. that i see as a useful feature.. but as mentioned i believe that all the tech was learning my habits "Ai" which could be useful...
