Seems a bit high! Before I left the dealer it was 3 hours total putting it at 300$ not including parts. Those dealer valve cover gaskets are made of gold..... lol Just checked Alldata and it says 3.0 hours for the repair fyi

Line the crank mark then remove the 2 upper timing belt covers. There's a line cast into the backside of the timing covers.

Looks great especially for the mileage! Still using the 5w20 spec? That's on my to do list soon along with the Timing chain tensioner

Might want to run your vin number with your local dealer. Alot of the 4cyls in those years had piston ring issues. Most likely tho since its only a quart in 6k they will say its normal.
