I'm putting a new fuel hose and nozzle on our 500 gallon off-road diesel tank. The hose, nozzle and pump outlet are 3/4 NPT, do I need to apply a sealant of any kind or will the fittings seal fine without it?

From what I've read it most likely comes from warren distribution, likely the same stuff as supertech. What cheap oil are you guys using/paying for it? A chain store local to me carries this oil and has it on sale through 12/31/17
