    2025 Honda Pilot

That’s promising. My wife’s 19 EXL has 83K. I run two bottles between OLM’s 60% and 20%. She uses top tier fuel on occasion.

Found a flaw with Echo Red Armor 2 Cycle oil and its not what you think!

I’ve had no issues starting my Sthil combi using Saber at 80:1 in 32 degree weather. Also it boggs down quite a bit in the cold.

    What's everyone's favorite 0w-20 these days?

Amsoil SS 0W20 is pretty impressive in the last voa I saw. I ran that in my wife’s Pilot 95% of its life following the OLM. I may switch back to that and also run it in the Tundra. Keeping it a 5K intervals till my 75K warranty is up.

    Buying a new String Trimmer

My Sthil combi has been flawless for the last 11 years. Ran their moto mix cans for 4 years only because they gave me an extra year warranty if I did. The last 7 has been with Amsoil saber at 80-100:1 and 93 E10. I’ve done one tune up since owing it. Plug, fuel filter and air filter. If you buy...

    Frustrating Dealer Experience

What’s jeeps oil change recommendations? In my 24 Tundra I’m doing 5K intervals even though Toyota recommends 10K. With that said I’m doing the 5K and the dealer is doing the 10K. Up to 85K since I pre paid the maintenance.

How much difference does oil really make?

I’ve used Amsoil majority of my driving life since 2004. Ive used M1 for a while too. 5500-6500 intervals on my beloved 15 Tacoma 4.0L 137K was with Amsoil XL and I did a few runs at 10K with SS. I’m one who doesn’t push the envelope too far.

Switching back and forth between oils

Is it typical bad to do this? I’m doing this on my 24 Tundra. Currently running M1 EP and MOA for 5K intervals. I’m having the dealer do the 10K with I’m just assuming bulk oil. I prepaid for maintenance up to 85K but don’t want to wait 10K to have the oil changed. Plus this give me a chance to...

Which engine oil having high level of resist to fuel dilution

I’m about to give Amsoil Euro 0W30 a go in the Pilot. Oils before this was SS 0W20 for 95%of its life. The last three were SS 0W30, twice and current XL 5W30. All changed at 15% OLM about 5500-6000 miles. It does a far share of idle time. The oil doesn’t seem to rise on the dip stick much. VCM...
