Went with a Car quest MAF and VVT solenoid for my 05 Hyundai Elantra and they both failed in less than a week. The Car quest crank and cam sensors have been in there for half a year with no issues surprisingly.

Try using an ultra capacitor jump starter instead! No batteries needed and will always charge when you need it.

Its such a shame too as I bought all of their different sizes and no other locking pliers have come even CLOSE to the quality these have. The teeth grip onto anything and don't dull out easily.

I'd see if Mando is sold on Amazon and go with them. I'm very happy with the ride quality on them so far and the price is right.

Just read an old document about it and ****, those prices seemed like a lot back then!! And even after the law was repealed back in 1980, you were still required to keep the devices installed if they were installed before 1980 lol 🤣

I'm not a fan of Toyota rubber grease for guide pins. I've seen too many cars have it harden and seize the pins after a few years. Personally, I use silicone grease for all of my pins without any issues.

I would think it's definitely 2005 since the copyright date is from 2005. I don't think they made this filter past 2012 judging from the lack of posts after that here on the forums.

Brand new vintage filter. Copyright date is from 2005 so maybe 20 years old? Bought a few of them and am going to run them on my old Hyundai. The filter material is pliable and I don't see any rust or gaps in the metal or material. And the bypass passed the light test!

I'm going to try one of those when my battery craps out. I'm curious to see if it'll last 😂

Nope, but looking at the stock photos and comparing them to the GMB one it seems that Aisin is just rebranding from them.

Bought an Aisin water pump 2 years ago and it's making noise and has lots of side to side play. Unfortunately at least for my application ('14 Sorento) they used a supplier for the part and did not make it themselves.
