Any volunteers? I bought some Fram Pro white label filters and I'd like to see them C&P'd properly by someone with a proper cutter and experience. Current BITOG opinion is that they are same as Tough Guards, but it's obvious they are not because have nitrile ADBVs.

I've searched the site and the Fram date codes I see all seem to be in a different format than this US Made Fram Pro filter. Can anyone decipher this? I bought them on ebay to see how old they are. (also note the metal debris on the end plate...)
