I change mine according to the OEM manual recommended intervals.

You will be fine if you keep it up to 3 years. If you want, you can change it earlier since fresh oil will always do good. Maybe you can keep the differential oil for 2 years and then replace.

Thank you guys! Im in favor of MT-90 too. Anyone about ENEOS? What i would like to know is why this GL-5 can't be used (besides the obvious keep off answer manufacturer knows best)? Will it cause extreme wear to the synchronize? But why is the viscosity almost the same?
