    SN-Plus DuraBlend in Australia

I went in to my local Bunnings and had a look at at the stock and bought 10 liters of Synpower. $39 a bottle is nearly half the price of everywhere else, is only a special price till today then goes up to $45 which is still a top price. Got 1 more change to do on Helix Ultra then will go back to...

    SN-Plus DuraBlend in Australia

Back in 2005 I changed the oil in my 318 Regal SE to the 10w-40 Durablend, within 2 weeks I was replacing the rocker cover gaskets cause it cleaned out all the sludge and carbon that had built up over the years. Back then you could buy it from Big W.

Gulf Western - Premium Gold 15W40

I've used their Top Dog diesel oil before, contacted them to see what oil to use for a new rebuild and they said this. Found it fine in use nothing to complain about.

    Trooper recommends dash cameras

Not allowed guns in aus, unless you're a criminal then it's free for all. I'm thinking of getting a can of Mortein bug spray with a 2 metre spray stream, always got a lighter on me. Or I might just start carrying my shortened sledgey handle in the door pocket again. The torque wrench in the...

    Trooper recommends dash cameras

I used mine today for road rage against me. Had a car go around a corner in my lane gave them a blast of the horn and told them to stay in their own lane. Pulled up at the lights and he gets out stomping up to the car sticks his head in abusing me then gives me a smack and kicks the door, all...

    SynPower 10W50

I was going to use it in the VT but everyone stopped stocking it when I went to buy it, so went with Helix Ultra instead. Currently using Synpower 5W-40 in the Subaru but it's the old formula and it needs topping up a little over the oci. Will try the new formula if I can get a bottle of it next...

Didn't expect this in this town.

The town we live in has under 300 people living here. The place is full of drug dealers and drug addicts. The last lot of neighbours (drug dealers) is friends of the current slapper and we had to put up with trespassing, 14+ hour parties, constant hooning up and down the street, and for their...

Portland - Town named after cement

Portland is where I bought the Liberty from. It was slightly warmer there than it was in Lithgow, nearly froze on the spot getting out of the car.

    Penrite Vantage

I had a dig around for a forum post that I forgot where it was, the info was given from Nulon and Penrite techies (supposedly)from 2014. Not sure if it's still current or not but it has the HTHS ratings given. Penrite 10 tenths racing 10w40 full synthetic: API SN compliant Total base number...

    Penrite Vantage

I kinda have a soft spot for Nulon oils. I do like a lot of their additives too apart from their radiator cleaner, not that fussed over it. But I really like the Hi-Tech Fast Flowing Engine Oil, the dunnydore loves it seems to suit the Ecotec nicely. Need to see how the Synpower goes in the...
