Just found out I have these in my area. Shell Helix HX5 SN A3/B3 v2.0 I thought PYB was similar, but checking the pds of PYB it looks ordinary compared to this HX5_SN_A3B3 What makes this not conform to GF5 certification though?

Have you guys heard of abro? I googled them and no mention of them in the internet. It says they're from the USA.
