Was at Wally World today walking through the clearance sections and found a bunch of ST oil filters. All of them were MP blue filters. Went to the oil filter section and they had none on the self. The only ones they had where the base white is ones.
Bought these for my Honda Odyssey with some speed bucks I had at the Advance Auto when I got them noticed one was made in China. The other one was made in Vietnam so I just cut them open to see what the differences were. The one with the darker media and orange gasket is the one made in Vietnam...
Seeing what rotors I should get for a 2015 odyssey. I was able to get a killer deal on Wagner OEX pads. Does it really matter what brand rotors . Just stick with the major ones on rock auto Wagner Centric or Raybestos? Also any have any experience with the OEX pads? Could not find much on them.
I’m sure this has been beaten to death Subaru, CVT fluid changes. Should I only stick with Subaru CVT fluid? I have enough Valvoline max life transmission fluid to make a change. I guess the new formula says it’s rated for Cvts. But Valvoline has a dedicated CVT fluid like most brands. Any input?
Bosch 3323 ran on 2015 Honda Odyssey 57k 5w30 Edge 3600 OCI. 3rd one of these filter I have cut open all look great. This is my last one for now. Got the shipped off rock auto for under $5 each.
Have been running Napa FS in 2017 Outback and 2015 Odyssey both 0W20. Debating on going to QSFS price is about the same. Is one better than the other or am I splinting hairs?
