Did the drain and fill procedure on 2014 Toyota 4runner. Used fluid still a little translucent but was dark and sort of purple. Used Valvoline Maxlife ATF to add back what was taken out.

Even the Pureone line isn't accurate. Different filters have worse efficiency than what they claim for that line.

Just did powerstop painted rotors and those same brake pads on the 4runner. Pleased with the results. Had the same brake pads on the front for like 70k miles trouble free.

Precisely what I'm doing with cannister FRAM Endurance and Cannister Champ XLs I have left. One basic OCI and replacing them with a PG line. Shame on First Brands. Shame shame shame.

The endurance is first Brands sad attempt to replace the OG ultra. Particularly the cannisters.

I run cartridges in a couple of vehicles. Given First Brands abuse of the canister line I'm not sure I will support them at all even if the cartridges are still okay. I have some champ xl filters to use up on the Tundra but after that I'm shifting to Carquest Premiums unless First Brands gets...

It had the wire backing. The way the seam is done weakened that pleat though.
