Brakes Squeal (Only When Breaking) ?

My old 2001 Ford Taurus rear drum brakes did that so I removed drums, blew out the dust, and used some medium coarse sand paper to remove some glazed spots on the shoes. I had just replaced the shoes and leaking wheel cylinders six months earlier.

    Motorcraft FL820s 9k kms Supercharged 5.0

Looks good. I have never cut open any of the many FL820S I have changed on my 2004 Expedition XLT 5.4 over the years. It has about 273,000 miles and so far no engine problems other than one spark plug replaced.......just one. Knock on Wood. Oil and filter changed every 5,000 miles and 70%...

High Mileage Expedition - what oil?

I have a 2004 Expedition 5.4 4x4 with 199K and have always used 5w20 conventional dino oil whatever is on sale at Walmart....Havoline, Mobil5000, Motorcraft, etc. and have zero oil leaks. I would stay with what seems to have been working well at 5000 miles OCI's.

Autozone Duralast calipers are coated now

A suggestion would be to take a wire brush/wheel/sandpaper and clean off as much rust as you can. Then tape off areas around it and primer/paint it with quality spray paint or brush it on to match the new caliper. I've done it before and it came out looking very good.

Your sig shows 20w50 oil for your Cobalt. Just curious why not 5w30 unless it's using or leaking oil ?

1st time taken in for wash/wax

(She also said they guarantee their hand wax for 4 months. I said "4 months for what... not falling off?). Unless you are joking, she probably meant a 4 month guaranty for the wax not wearing off by continuing to bead water when wet.

    Honda Blue Replacement?

Being new to Honda with a 2012 Accord, I chose to play it safe and recently purchased two gallons of the Honda Genuine blue at the dealership for $40. To me that is very expensive for 50/50 mix. I buy concentrate coolant on sale for my Ford cars and mix with distilled water.

Pad and rotor suggestions for 2013 accord

Just this week I replaced the front pads on our 2012 Accord EX. Brand: WEAREVER GOLD Premium Ceramic #GNAD787 from Advance Auto for less than $40. I have had very good service using this brand of pads on other vehicles in past years.
