I know many oil companies say 5 years shelf life. How long are you guys comfortable using modern oil after its been bottled?

So, dumb question that the answer is likely no. How can you remove 3000 gallons of fuel from 4000 gallons of oil? Have transfer truck 2 10k gallon tanks. The 7k gallon mixture is in one of these tanks. This is an actually dilemma.
