    Low RPM dangerous for engine longevity?

    Just to chime in my two cents. I just did a UOA for my 2014 Mazda 6 with a manual transmission. It has ~28K miles in it now and I regularly toodle around town at 1200 RPMs in 6th gear (around 35 mph), and I always do about 1000 rpms in parking lots and school zones in 2nd gear.
