I have access to probably 100 gallons of methonal, I currently use stale gas, mixed gas etc to cut but can't really find any info on using methonal to cut my brews. Anyone have a clue? TIA.

Use it and save some money. As long as its filtered, you'll have no issues. You could add some 2 stroke oil or another from of Lubricity as it doesn't really do well on that part but being older, it probably doesn't matter.

I change it every 7500 km's but recently added a bypass filter setup, so going to go around 15K between changes.

All depends on what your driving? Any pre emission diesel is ok for short trips as the oil doesn't get polluted with water etc like a gasser and a good burn once in awhile will clean it out.

Interesting on the shearing, racers that used the T6 and friends with street bikes that rode/ride hard ended up with shifting issues very early on. Thanks for the report.
