I did not like xm. Bought sirius and have 4 on the family package. I mostly wanted Sirius for the heavy metal channel [hardattak] as they showcase more of the extreme side of metal. The classic hardrock [buzzsaw] is pretty good too.

Last year I spend between $2200~$2300 on fuel. This year with liter over a dollar I expect $2600~2700 bucks. I can't really calculate monthly as summer time driving June 1 to Sept 1 is cut in 1/2

The prices are high because there is no-true-competition. The only thing that could lower prices if there was an upstart company come along, drill/refine/distribute at lower and actual value prices....applying true competition. People would flock to BITOG GAS CO. and then prices would drop.
