    Castrol Edge 5w30, just recently bought it with 73k and it's a AFM engine. No consumption issues so far in 1200 miles.

    B5 Bravo is a good solid option. It's a basic SOPMOD without the battery storage tubes. Magpul makes good stocks as well, I use both.
